RHOVYL Rhovyl designed and developed flexible tooling that can be adapted to the demands of partners and to anticipate those of the market place. The manufacturing process is carried out in two stages: EXTRUSION: The raw material is dissolved in a collodion and then extruded through spinnerets to obtain filaments. This department is completely automated, runs continuously and is computer controlled. FINISHING: A variety of heat and mechanical treatments convert the extruded filaments into finished fibres with their particular properties (fineness, tenacity…).
